Blue light glasses are widely marketed for eye strain and headache relief, but experts say evidence of significant benefit is limited. They do not improve eyesight or prevent vision loss. Proper vision correction, hydration, sleep, posture, and screen breaks are more effective. Blue filters may offer mild comfort or sleep support.
