Are puffy armpits caused by lymph toxins or just normal swelling?
short by / on Sunday, 19 October, 2025
According to Dr Ubaid ur Rahman, armpit puffiness is not a marker of lymphatic stagnation or toxin accumulation. Lymph flow depends on muscular activity and breathing, not external appearance. Swollen nodes indicate immune response to infection or inflammation. Mislabeling such changes as "toxin overload" is scientifically unsupported and may mislead individuals about lymphatic health.
