Are seed oils really bad for your heart?

Seed oils like sunflower and canola aren't as harmful as claimed. Replacing butter or animal fats with these oils can lower LDL (bad) cholesterol and heart disease risk. They don't increase inflammation and are safe when used in everyday cooking. The real issue lies in processed or repeatedly fried foods, not the oils themselves.
