Visitors found it difficult to find the four newly developed parking lots along Kartavya Path in Delhi. The area was barricaded, reports said, adding that one of the four parking lots was closed while the police said that parking lots were opened for the public. Security guards at parking located between C-hexagona and Man Singh Road only allowed government vehicles.
