Argentina’s President announced on Tuesday that she is considering a proposal from Congress to move the country’s capital from Buenos Aires to Santiago del Estero, Argentina's oldest city. She said, "Sometimes we should start thinking of a new territorial design, because the world has changed." However, it’s being widely considered, as a political stunt by the President.
