Argentina never received ₹126 crore, inquiry into Messi's proposed Kerala visit finds

Despite claims that ₹126 crore was paid to the Argentine Football Association (AFA), inquiry found no evidence of payment or records of a formal agreement between LDF government and the AFA. The report also flagged money-laundering violations.
