Argentine Ambassador to India, Mariano Caucino, has condemned the explosion near Red Fort in Delhi, which killed at least eight people. "On behalf of people and government of Argentina, we convey our condolences to those who lost loved ones...in the blast," Caucino said. "Our thoughts and prayers are with families of deceased...wish swift recovery for...those who are injured," he added.
