Mumbai-based lreal estate firm Arkade Developers announced that it has signed a binding agreement to acquire 100% stake in Filmistan Studios for ₹183 crore. The developer intends to launch a "luxury" apartment project on the site, which is a 4-acre land parcel located in Goregaon West. The estimated development value of the project is ₹3,000 crore.
