TCS HR chief Milind Lakkad said huge hikes were given last quarter. When asked if CFO Samir Seksaria approves the budget he proposes or if he's frugal, Lakkad quipped, "We're neighbours on same floor and keep good relationship." He added, "Some arm-twisting may happen sometimes...he'll twist mine...I'll twist his...but I think we're in general good friends and make things happen."
