After being found damaged, the Army on Thursday repaired the grave of Brigadier Mohammad Usman, the highest-ranking Army officer to have been martyred in the 1947 Indo-Pakistan War. The red stone floor below the grave in Delhi was also painted afresh. "The work was done by the Army with technical assistance from Jamia," said Jamia PRO Ahmad Azeem.
