Army seeks partners to modernise 12 ordnance depots

The Indian Army has issued an Expression of Interest to modernise 12 Regional Ordnance Depots, around 60 years old. The project covers warehousing upgrades, automation, security systems, and firefighting infrastructure. Consultants will prepare a detailed project report within 360 days on a turnkey basis. Depots supply weapons and equipment to field formations nationwide.
