Army test-fires BrahMos missile for second consecutive day

The Indian Army on Wednesday successfully test-fired an advanced version of the BrahMos land-attack cruise missile in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands. The missile successfully hit its land-based target in a 'top-attack' mode, a feat not achieved by another weapon system of its genre, the Army said. The BrahMos is the world's fastest anti-ship cruise missile in operation.
