After influential astrologer Ashok Kharat was arrested for allegedly raping a 35-year-old woman, more women have come forward and accused him of sexual assault and rape. A woman alleged that Kharat raped her after threatening her with "divine wrath" if she rebuffed his sexual advances and later forced her to consume abortion pills after she got pregnant.
