Actor Arshad Warsi has sold a shop in Mumbai's Andheri West for ₹6.25 crore, over a decade after purchasing it for ₹2.12 crore in 2012. The property, located in Lokhandwala Complex, was bought by Umang Rajkumar Budhraja, who paid ₹37.50 lakh in stamp duty. On the work front, Arshad was recently seen in the series 'Pritam and Pedro'.
