Artistes buy hits from Africa, inflate numbers artificially: Rabbi

Punjabi singer Rabbi Shergill said that artistes buy hits in Africa and Kazakhstan and inflate the numbers on their songs "artificially". "You find hundreds of millions (views) to a song and you don't know that song, you don't know that artiste. So there is a lot of tinsel quality to music now...That I find really sad," Shergill said.
