Arvind Fashions has signed a share purchase agreement with Flipkart India to acquire its entire 31.25% stake in Arvind Youth Brands for ₹135 crore. Post completion, Arvind Youth Brands will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Arvind Fashions. The move simplifies ownership and gives Arvind full control over its youth-focused fashion portfolio.
