Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal's Twitter followers reportedly crossed 10 million on Sunday. He is second to PM Narendra Modi, who has around 25.4 million followers on Twitter. Kejriwal's social media following has increased in the recent past due to his active usage of features like Facebook Live, said an AAP volunteer.
