India athlete Arvind Malik finished sixth with best attempt of 13.01 metres in the Men's Shot Put - F35 finals at the ongoing Paris Paralympics. Khusniddin Norbekov, who was representing Uzbekistan in the event, won gold with a new Paralympic Record of 16.82 metres. Arvind's other attempts were 11.79m, 12.34m, 12.85m and 12.71m. His final attempt resulted in a foul.
