ASG Eye Hospitals, backed by General Atlantic and Kedaara, has acquired a majority stake in Thane-based Dr Gadgil Eye Hospital, sources said. Intellecap (Aavishkaar Group) advised the sellers. Financial details remain undisclosed. ASG Eye runs 160+ centers across 83 cities and had earlier acquired South India’s Vasan Eye Care in 2023.
