ASHA worker carries 60-yr-old woman to safety amid Odisha floods
Minati Sahoo, an ASHA (Accredited Social Health Activist) worker, was applauded by Bhadrak district administration for rescuing a 60-year-old woman during recent floods in Odisha. She carried the woman for around 500 metres through knee-deep water to a safe shelter. Sahoo also distributed medicines in waterlogged villages, providing essential healthcare support to affected residents.
