Shares of SG Mart Limited hit a 2% upper circuit at ₹449.85, after the renowned investor Ashish Kacholia purchased 9.1 lakh shares of SG Mart worth ₹40.04 crore. However, the promoters collectively sold 60.75 lakh shares, representing a 5.4% stake in the company, bringing the total value of the deal to ₹268.14 crore.
