Zee Entertainment Enterprises has said that Ashok Kurien and Manish Chokhani have resigned from the position of Non-Executive Non-Independent Directors of the firm with immediate effect. While Chokhani had cited changed circumstances and perspective post COVID-19, Kurien had reasoned his pre-occupation for the resignation, it said. Kurien's membership of CSR committee was also ceased, it added.
