Ashoka Buildcon received an LOA from CSIDC for developing a Gems & Jewellery Park in Raipur under the PPP model. The project carries an accepted premium of ₹112.40 crore and covers 38,922 square metres. The award includes a 30-year lease, extendable up to 90 years, with Ashoka Buildcon holding a 51% stake.
