Philippines' President Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos, during his five-day visit to India, stressed stronger ties in the Indo-Pacific region. "What used to be referred to as Asia Pacific Region...we now refer to it as Indo-Pacific Region, which is, I think...correct evolution of that understanding because of global nature of all of politics, all of trade and all of economy," he said.
