Asian Games gold medallist VK Vismaya has been given a two-year suspension by NADA's anti-doping disciplinary panel. She was provisionally suspended by the NADA after her sample showed presence of banned drug clomiphene, a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM). Vismaya had claimed that she used it as a fertility drug. She is on NADA's list of sanctioned athletes.
