Deepinder Goyal, founder and CEO of Eternal (Zomato), said he asked Blinkit Founder-CEO Albinder Dhindsa to step down twice after Zomato's acquisition of the quick commerce firm. "I asked him to leave. I told him, 'You won't be able to cut it'...This happened twice during that timeframe," said Deepinder. Zomato acquired Blinkit in an all-stock deal worth ₹4,447 crore.
