Gurgaon-based consumer internet search platform AskMe has reportedly shut down its operations and laid off all the employees. The step is said to be taken after investor Astro Holdings, which owns 98.5% stake in AskMe, refused to participate in the next round of funding. While AskMe's e-commerce website is still live, it is not accepting any new orders.
