Assam CM apologises after ambulance stopped for his convoy

Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma apologised to a patient and family after an ambulance was halted in Silchar to make way for his convoy. He called the incident "unacceptable" and ordered an inquiry. Four police personnel were suspended for negligence of duty at traffic line duty during the CM's campaign visit.
