The India-Israel feature Murders Too Close-Love Too Far, co-directed by Assamese filmmaker Manju Borah and Israeli filmmaker Dan Wolman, has been selected for the Pune International Film Festival 2026 under Global Cinema. Shot entirely in Assam with a local crew, the film will screen on January 17 and 19, marking a milestone for Assamese international co-productions.
