Assam exported around 600 kg of lemons to London on Friday as part of an export consignment. "Happy to share that the first consignment of Assam lemon for export to UK has been dispatched from Baksa," Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said. The lemons have been sent by the producer at the rate of ₹30 per kg, he added.
