Assam Flood Crisis: 31,000 in relief camps, Kaziranga wildlife hit

Floods and landslides in Assam have claimed 26 lives, including children in Kamrup. Over 2.6 lakh people across 11 districts remain affected, though waters are slowly receding. Around 31,000 are in 130 relief camps. In Kaziranga, seven animals have died. CM Himanta Biswa Sarma visited affected areas, assuring support and urging unity to overcome the crisis.
