Pradyut Bordoloi has warned he may resign from the Indian National Congress if Asif Mohammad Nazar is renominated for the 2026 Assam Assembly polls. In a letter to Jitendra Singh, Bordoloi cited allegations linked to a 2025 attack case and urged the party leadership to address the matter.
