Assets worth ₹2.95 cr recovered from Maha officer caught taking ₹10,000 bribe

The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) had uncovered assets worth nearly ₹2.95 crore from a Maharashtra officer's residence. State government officer Kiran Purushottam Chaudhary was arrested on June 26 for allegedly accepting a ₹10,000 bribe. Officials recovered ₹1.53 crore in cash, over 400 grams of gold, silver jewellery, and property worth over ₹62 lakh during searches at his residence in Jalgaon.
