An asteroid named '2008 GO20', sized about 220 metres in diameter, will pass by Earth on July 24, according to NASA. It's moving at a speed of around 29,500 km/hr. Though the asteroid will be very close to Earth, it will still be 0.04 au (astronomical unit), or 59,83,915 km away from Earth, according to NASA's calculations.
