Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) astronaut Koichi Wakata shared a "space-selfie" taken during his first spacewalk earlier this month. Wakata was accompanied by NASA's Nicole Mann on the seven-hour and 21-minute spacewalk. Mann became the first Native American woman in space to venture out on a spacewalk. They carried out the first spacewalk of 2023.
