Data infrastructure company Astronomer, whose CEO Andy Byron was caught cheating with HR head Kristin Cabot at a Coldplay concert, has placed Byron on leave. "The board of directors has initiated a formal investigation into this matter and we'll have additional details to share very shortly," Astronomer said. It added that Co-founder Pete DeJoy will serve as interim CEO.
