At 33.4°Celsius, Bengaluru on Thursday recorded its highest temperature for the month of January in the last 150 years as per the India Meteorological Department (IMD). "It has crossed all the previous records," Geeta Agnihotri, Director of the IMD in Bengaluru said. On the same day, the temperature at Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) was recorded at 33.6°Celsius.
