Frustrated by the growing number of potholes in Ludhiana, a 75-year-old retired banker has taken it upon himself to repair damaged stretches. Harminder Singh, a resident of Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, recently came into the spotlight after a video showing him filling potholes near the Municipal Corporation's Zone D office went viral on social media.
