Ecuador's emergency response office on Tuesday said at least 14 people have been killed, and 32 injured after a landslide in the capital city of Quito. Authorities on Monday said nine people were also reported missing. Heavy rains that hit the city on Monday night led to water building up in a gorge, covering streets and homes in mud.
