Floods and storms have killed at least 46 people and displaced over 25,000 others in southeast Brazil, authorities said. Local authorities from the region said that 28 people were reported to be missing. Brazil President Jair Bolsonaro said that the government is doing "everything possible" and added that affected area being so large, "it is difficult to serve everyone".
