Ather Energy reduced the size of its initial public offering to ₹2,626-crore from ₹3,100-crore it planned earlier, its prospectus showed on Tuesday. The issue will comprise an offer-for-sale of up to 1.1 crore shares and will open for subscription on April 28 and close on April 30. Reportedly, it is eyeing a valuation of about ₹12,000 crore for the IPO.
