Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has called the terror attack in Pahalgam a "cowardly act" and reiterated India's zero tolerance policy towards terrorism. "We will not only reach the perpetrators...but also actors in shadows who plotted this conspiracy against India...[They all] will soon see a loud and clear response," he said. At least 26 tourists were killed in the attack.
