German automaker Audi has postponed the launch of its electric SUV, e-tron quattro, which was scheduled at the end of August. The development comes days after the company's CEO Rupert Stadler was arrested for his alleged role in the parent company Volkswagen's diesel emissions scandal. Further, reports claim the launch will be shifted to a later date in the US.
