Denying the rumours that he had bagged the antagonist's role in Karan Johar's 'Student of the Year 2', actor Karan Tacker said he auditioned for the role but wasn't selected. "Don't know how...[rumours] blew out of proportion," he added. "I don't feel let down. There's so much money riding so if...makers feel you don't fit...you respect it," Tacker further said.
