PM Narendra Modi, speaking at 350th Shaheedi Diwas of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji, said cruel Aurangzeb ordered Guru Tegh Bahadur's imprisonment. PM, however, said that Guru Tegh Bahadur himself announced his intention to go to Delhi. He added that Mughal rulers tried to tempt him, but he stayed firm in his beliefs and never compromised on religion or principles.
