Aurum PropTech on Thursday said it will acquire Housing.com in a ₹458-crore all equity deal. Under the agreement Aurum PropTech will issue 1.97 crore equity shares with the face value of ₹5 apiece, which represents a 20.5% of the enlarged share capital. After the transaction, REA Group's, which currently owns Housing.com, shareholding in Aurum PropTech will increase to about 25%.
