A 24-year-old Australian man has been jailed for 18 months for spending money that was accidentally deposited in his bank account. Abdel Ghadia received A$760,000 (₹4.2 crore) in his account last year from a couple who was looking to buy a house. Ghadia, who splurged the money on gold bars, clothes and make-up, pleaded guilty to handling proceeds of crime.
