Australia will lock down over 3 lakh people in Melbourne suburbs from midnight on Wednesday for a month after reporting a rise in COVID-19 cases. Residents in the area will only be allowed to leave their homes for grocery shopping, health appointments, work or caregiving and exercise, Reuters reported.
