Australia finds shipwreck of MV Noongah after 55 years

Australian scientists have discovered the wreck of MV Noongah, a freighter that sank in 1969, killing 21 crew members. Located off New South Wales, the ship was identified using advanced seafloor mapping. The Sydney Project plans further dives to understand the sinking's cause. CSIRO hopes this discovery brings closure to families and the community.
