Australia-based Amphibian Aerospace Industries has secured a ₹3,500 crore deal to supply 15 Albatross 2.0 amphibious aircraft to Indian firm Apogee Aerospace. The company plans to invest ₹500 crore in manufacturing, MRO, and training facilities in India, boosting self-reliance, defence readiness, and regional air connectivity.
